24 Hour

24hour per day, about 16hour i'm doing
my work, 3 hour i will be resting or playing
games, another 5 hour i will be sleeping!
this is my life now days! healthty right?
quite stressful for me actually haih...wat to do
need to rush my work!

Stress is often associated with situations that people
find difficult to handle or understand. When faced with
a stressful situation in today's society, neither fighting
or running are typically acceptable or appropriate.
I really dunno how to handle now, some people will handle
with smoking or drinking alcohol, this is what i know!
Is drinking alcohol really can release stress? I drank sometime
but not to release my stress, just for social haha.
Here is some tips to release ur stress that i found on internet!

1. Stay Positive! You are in control of your attitude -
choose to be positive. Use affirmations and the power of
positive thinking to stay positive.

2. Use deep breathing! Practice deep breathing exercises to
help you stay relaxed when you are feeling stressed
(i.e.: waiting in line at stores or in parking lot traffic).

3. Exercise! Park far away from the store so that you get a
little extra exercise; try tai chi or yoga to help keep your body,
mind and spirit fit

4. Practice mindfulness! Stay in the present moment by
practicing mindfulness -as you walk keep your attention
on what it feels like to be walking (not on your list of things to do);
or try mindful eating by eating slowly and paying attention to the
experience of eating.

5. Keep a gratitude journal! Each day record at least 3
things in your life for which you are grateful.

6. Play! Watch funny movies, play games, have fun.
Take time to play and engage in pleasurable activities.

7. Enjoy nature! Take time each day to appreciate nature -
a beautiful sunset, a freshly fallen snow, etc.

8. Be generous and kind! Focus on helping those in need -
good deeds can help us feel good about ourselves
(i.e. - donate to charities, let someone get in front of you in line, etc.)

9. Share your positive attitude! A smile can be contagious.
Compliment and encourage others.

10. Create a peaceful space! Create a peaceful space or sanctuary
in your home where you can retreat and restore you inner peace.
Spend at least a few minutes here each day.

11. Connect with others! Be sure to spend quality time with
friends and family. Nurture your relationships. Ask for support
when you need it.

Just finish ordering my Mc Donalds delivery haha,
1 hour later only will reach la..so long now already
12.40am also lolx...after finish my food still cant sleep
yet, cos cant sleep after finish eating, make me grow fater only!!
Is heavy rain now, I w0nder how the Mc donalds guy delievery
to me, ohya in Singapore heavy rain they will delivery by car!

Sleepy

Tired, just back from outside, went to
cafe with jeen, just play some games!
Today is ShiShi Birthday, never celebrate
with her, cos she need to work. May your
wish come true Shishi!

Now days keep playing dota when i nothing
to do, play in GGClient ( A new lan game server )

Just finish design a web logo! simple and nice haha!
fixed the site only! have to finish my site by this
week, so will be very busy! My friend dennis
ask me to help him to buy a korean drama, but
until now i haven buy yet haha, maybe next 2 day la
if i free! I came back singapore already 6 days
but i haven clean out my thing here yet lol! now
my room is very messy, anyone wanna clean for me
hahaha!!! hmm..later la, before i sleep.

Her birthday is coming la, dunno if she wan me
to celebrate with her or not or she already date
by her friends! I don think so she will out with
me la! she having exam on that day also,hope
the day can bring her luck score well for her exam!

So long never play basketball haih, Howmin la, everytime
not free la or lazy la! haha! i need to keep fit de la,
growing fat now, everyday eat sleep play work, i went
jogging sometime but not everyday. still not enuff oh!
gonna build some muscle before i do my tattoo,so it
will look nicer!

every week once, we go restaurant have dinner, tell

So tired today, have a little dizzy right now! still got
thing to do, cant rest yet haih sien!! today went out
saw every couple hagging each other, holding each
other hand so sweet, every places i go, even inside
the mrt, so jelouse haha!! Am i gonna walk alone
with my lifes! bullshit haha..ahh feel so sleepy now!!

Missing

Another few hour i will be going back to
Singapore de, i start to miss all my friend
here in Msia,miss our day playing dota,
play basketball, chitchat around in makmak
and watch movie together with formal again
look cool, all de day have pass! Happy always

Went to KL just now with Dennis and Sengchung
walk around n Look around. I bought a bag and
Dennis too, Chung bought nothing lolx....!! Just
being our driver haha!!

Last 2 day went to watch movie with her, we watch
brothes, Story is nice but not a very good ending!!
after the movie, we went to gas online cafe in
timesquare, the time around 3pm, this cafe is cool,
table around but no chair is look like having our lunch
in Japan, sitting now on de flood!!next time shoul
go again!!

Rainy Day

Rainny day
Today went out around 4pm,just too tired
yesterday and drank alot alchole drinks!!
I got call from singapore de,i need to go back
tomorrow to start my work again.....
Later around 8.30am have to go buy the
ticket de. Tell the true i miss singapore
but i don wish to stay there long..once a
while maybe ok haha...Just now went to play
snooker hmm..lost the game in de first set
and win the second set, win a big bottle of
beer haha.... i win maybe is because master
is there,ask me to play with the other guy
and ask me win a big bottle beer and drink
together lolx...so i play lo...lucky i win..if not
gonna get scold like shit from master de

My destination, i think i have to decide in this
week de, now my pecent is Msia 80% and 20%
for study in Spore,maybe i have my answer inside
my heart de

Last sunday went to watch ' Last Legion '
with friend at 1Utama, with all de same guys
Min Jimmy Keong Dennis Wen and Me, haha
all wearing formal that day only Dennis and
keong never wear lolx....

Maybe going for a movie today too, i just wanna watch
brothers, the Andy Lau new movie hehe...I think
will only go with dennis la, cos he told me before tuesday
watch movie, mean today!!

Her birthday is in de conner, i still dunno what to
buy for her,but she told me before what she wan
maybe i will get that for her.

My work is still the same, always design n design
link n link haha...nothing much to say about my work .
Now i go back singapore sure i will find Jeen de,so long
never find me de,dunno how is him now!! hope he n his
girlfriend happy always. Min exam coming, so wish him
goodluck also la! all my friend who studying college now
also exam coming.. wish all of you guys and gals, GoodLuck
and get a flying colour for all de exam!!

After i start my studying that time, i will be more busy de
study and working at the sametime,i can handle it
cos i trust myself haha!

Here come the sunday

Almost a week i never talk to her de,
wondering how was her over there??
how is her exam?? am trying to forget
the pass but when i close my eyes! her
smile appear inside the dark light!! she
sent me sms everynight before she sleep
but until now i still haven reply or send
her any sms! Her Birthday is coming soon
too, 2 more week...hmmmm....I told her
before i will celebrate with her! What shoul

Today is Wei Birthday, they having party
at hatams,but i never got, cos they never inform
me earlier, so i have be calling out from other
friend de,sorry la brother, hope you enjoy
the party!

Just came back from outsite with my friend
Min Dennis Weng Keong Jimmy! went to play
some games and have a drink thats all. We
planning to watach movie for tomorrow...
Opps..i mean today is 3.50am here, around 10am
have to wake up de!

I still the same Design, eat n sleep everyday or
went out with friend only, nothing special at all.
Just feel like drink some alchole drinks to make
myself feel better!

Shadow of me

Always de same,work n work! design n design! Is my life
will keep going on like that! I feel like having a new job
for my own! Today just went out with friend, have a
drink,played some games. planning for movie for coming
monday too. Oh! i just bought a new labtop is just around
Rm3000+ so now days online, am using my laptop!

My room now is so messy haha, lazy to clean yet,maybe
tomorrow! playing snooker is still the same, almost everyday

PS: oh Junior!! am waiting for you to come back from US,so
i will let u see my skill!! haha and Fifa 2008 is out de haha.
but i never buy yet, because you are not here,no playing
with me!! really wanna say miss you alot, although u are

Coming monday mostly will watch The seeker or bourne!
We are planning to wearing format when watching movie
lolx!! i think we are just too bored,just better nothing to do!

About my destination errr...i think haven decide yet, i'm just to
confuse,just give me one more week! I will make the final decision.
Last few day, i went to find my God Sister,she told me alot of thing
about my future too! she ask me to let go something that i cant do it!
and go for my study. She told me alot of thing, in my mind what she
say to me is all right! She really take care of me alot !! I still
remenber when i working part time that time,i dont even
have money to have lunch n she was there always pay for my lunch
and dinner, now i got my own work, my turn to treat her back de haha!!
Now days everytime go back n i look for her, i treat her everything!
She take care of me, always support me when i got problem and slove.

The time is going to be 4am de, not sleepy yet! Gonna play ps2 for while
before i go to bed hehe!!
