Since pass 1 month i never been to my blog d>< i almost forgot i have
a blog here! I have been start blogging here since 5 years ago.... But
sometime i am too busy to come here.

last week, i went to Pork Dickson with my deares, taken lots of picture,
staying at crozzi Hotel, Everything is fun and nice over there. Next plan maybe
Tiara beach, suits for family and couple for planning a trip there.

About my lifes, actually not much changing just getting fat and fat, eat too much
living good, my job over here going fine. can handle everything with my own

Last few day New year eve, I went down bahau and bring my dear
come my house! We celebrate eve here hehe! we went Singk lol! with
my cousin sister and her boyfriend! When my sister getting ready inside
her room, i went in the car first, than her boyfriend ( HockSeng ) told me
he is gonna Proposing later lol! i was supprise...sometime more happen is
after 12am 1/1/2010 is HockSeng birthday too lol! i shoul know what he wish
for his birthday lol!

We went there around 10.30am start singing until 12.30, when 12am we
start celebrate his birthday haha! and i design a birthday cake for him too lol!
not bad i tink :p

After finish Birthday celebrate, he take out his ring from his pocket d haha!
and start Proposing lol! Me start record video on it, and my dear, take lots of
picture of it haha!

After finsh everything, on the way back home, i saw fireworks too haha! lucky!
after reach home 1am, i drove out again and went to meet Friend in ss2 makmak
celebrate again lol!

Really have a great night with friend, family and my dear!

The second day me and my dear, went tropicana mall for shopping haha! we bought alot
of clothes, spec and bag haha! after that we went Saloon d, drag around the time there
than went home d!

Next day we went 1u for some shopping again! but too back i not so feeling well cant
shop longer with dear! hope will don angry ><

11/12 8pm

Went Dinner with Dennis and HowMin! after finish everything My wife and i went home
together for prepare the night Celebration! Around 10pm we went JayaOne A lounge
name ' Muse ' I think so.... All my friend have came to party! Dennis, Min, SengChung,KuanChong, PuiPui, Wai, jeen and Howe, plus my wife and i 10 person.

While 12am, they supprise me with a cake lol! Light up the candle, Make a wish
Blow off the candle! And the cake i feed every friend 1 by 1 lol! Everyone have drank alot, min suppose to make me drunk, but in de end, we drank him ownself lol! Me and wai order 2 killkenny too lol! Drank too much too, keep going wash room only lol! lucky not drank yet.

After celebrationg, we went snooker centre together, 1 snooker game, 5 lucky game, lucky still can play well lol! not bad ya! around 4am, we went home d!

12/12 On my day

Wake up have lunch d lol! then my wife and i went shopping at sunway, bought alot of thing! after finish shopping 6pm we went saloon drag the time there! until night am, everyone came to my house for ' steam the boat ' wuahah! Min and How eat the most lol! Min and family bought a cake for me too! so this year, i ate 3 cakes lol! Feel so happy and touch.

I really wanna thanks all my friend and my wife, who celebrate with me! accompany me
to pass my birthday! Thanks Alots

When to find my Girlfriend last week on 5/9 at bahau
everything was fine and have a very sweet memories with
my gf! Reach her place around 8pm, at first everything was
bad cos i cant find her house lol. first time visiting her parent
i was abit shy also.. really cant find a topic to chat with them

about a hour, i went to watch tv program with her parent
watching newspaper until everyone is tired and went to bed
ofcso i wont fall a sleep so fast, and i keep disturb my gf ask
her talk to me, sing to me and tell me a story and make me sleep
haha!

the second day wake up around 12pm, we went to her parent working
place have a sit,have lunch and dinner haha! at night we went out
for a movie with her brother and his brother gf, we went to watch
final destination 4, hmm.. not really nice as i though, i think the third one
better then this haha!

after finish our movie, we went home d, chit chat around watch some
movie. I really have a good memories with my gf and with his family member

soon will visit her parent again :p

Back from Thailand

I'm back from Thailand yesterday night! I'm so enjoying
and relaxing there.

First day
We went to the charity event, i have make some donation, then we
went to temple and pray, we went 3 temple to donation and pray
atnight we walk around the place near our hotel, buy some food,
clothes and shoes :p Ohya i bought a handbag for my mom hehe!

second day
We went 3 temple again, take some photo, know their history
after that me and my friend book a dudu car lol! ask the car take
us around HatYai, first we went to do tattoo, until night we go shopping
after shopping we went to watch sexy show :p, all the girl with bikini dancing beside you
finish every is already 1am than we back to hotel and have our suppler
beside the hotel

Third day
wake up early morning, we walk out our hotel and buy food and give to the monk
finish everything we went home d haha!

I will be going thailand in 2 more week from some charity event!
this event happen in thailand because ' they found out people outside
de country was poor even when they member pass away, their family don have
enuff money to buy a Coffin for those human who passed away! So now
they making this charity event just to let people who can help them
and donate money to buy coffin!

So me and my colleague will went for the charity! on august 21 friday night
aftr work!

Nothing much special now days, working life's is always d same. today
whole aod QA department only me was working lol! nvm i can do what i wan.

The time passes very quickly, is already one month i been working as a QA
salary is almost coming out too lol!

Wake up, wast up, breakfast, work, dinner, movie, online and sleep
this is what i do in working days, monday to friday lol! waiting
my chance to promote again lol! better life's

Tomorrow need to go take my new ic cos i went renew before last 2 week!
than have to open another saving accout for my company haih! so i
on leave tomorrow!

Suddeanly feel like buying a new phone and new mp3 walkman lol! next week
go shopping see!

Not much diff my lifes now, everytime the same workouts, i still planning my
trip to pangkok dunno when, wanna have some fun and relaxing, I'm just too stress
now days!

Yesterday went to my cousin sister wedding! Ken-Ichi and Swie Siew wedding night!

My Worst day

Last 2 day, while on the way to work, i left my phone
inside the taxi, and i didnt notice it ><.. until i went
down the car, when to buy some drinks before going in office
i found out my phone not in my pocket haih! never cannot call anymore!

fine.. doesnt matter, than when i sit down on my place, taked out
all my documents from my bag, found out i never bring my pencil case haih!
no pen to use! than i went to borrow from my friend, when going back home,
wanna return the pen to my friend, i cant find the pen...

while waiting for bus after work, i went in wrong bus ><, the bus in stopping
the same place as what i used to take the other bus, but this bus is going
from long way, turnning around until 1 hour only reach the place i wan to stop.

after back home! after change, i rush out again cos i wanna buy another sim card
cos since i got another spare handphone i can used it! after went to
the shopping centre almost all of the shop close d >< only left one,
i bought it but that guy forgot to help me register it, so i cant use it
to call out ><

This is really my worst day ever...

Working Life's

I'm back once again fianlly! Was very busy with my works.
I have back to my old campany and working as a QA! My department
is a call cantre and my job is to listen to agent call, have to make
sure they never give wrong information to our client! Once they
make a very big mistake, I will be the one who sent them letter!
For coaching them or Pending their sales! This is what i need to do everyday!

Everything is fine with my old company, cos since i know most of them d!
I slept very earlier now days! Wake up 9am everyday and went to work.
I never been to my old company for 2 years d i think! lucky my A.manager
still remember me lol!

Last 3 day went to watch Transformers 2 with friend! That movie is nice
this time they make more funny part! But still alot of people say Part 1 is stil
better!

Tomorrow monday, time to back office again ><, still not use to it wake up
so early! Better sleep now! tata

Yesterday was Mothers Day, Although my parent went genting
every week without me lol! but yesterday i accompany my Mom go
Walk around then casino d, My Father went Karaoke with my uncle
than me and my Mom went others place haha! Everyone was lucky
that day, everyone won a little bit haha~ even me

My life's is getting stress now day, a lot thing to settle, a lot thing to do
whatever i'm getting alright.. Now days always soccer midnight with Jeen

Grandmaster have went back Sarawak last 2 day, dunno when is him
coming back again le... Wish him all de best

Very busy lately haih.. until now still got no time to blog, alot thing
to design. i think i need another month to finish my work again! Hope so

Today i master told me that, my grandmaster will be coming back
on this tuesday haha! A person who can really make me laugh is back...
Miss him alot. Hope to see him soon.

InS3nse a New Fashion company will be coming out soon, looking for
some model now~ Any one interest? hmmm.... As usual i am the designer
again lol~

I'm trying to find another part time job too, anyone can intro me? need some
hard work before i can relax my life in future, for my family too..

I'm Back

Finally i'm back to my blog! Last week Jeen came back
from Spore haha! We hang out this few day lol! Last 2 day
we was having a drink near by my house ( Alisan ) than suddenly
Yong say tomorrow he not working, why not we go genting now lol!
That time was 11pm, than me and Jeen agree haha! We went home
change our clothes than straight away go lol! with another 2 friend
5 person with one car lol! One we reach there, first thing we do is
went to casino lol! there was 2 girl there but they was only 20year old
cant go in yet, so Jeen accompany them outside walk around, me and
Yong went in d! Hmnm... not my day, No win no lose, but Yong lost lol!
Than we went home around 4am!

This few day, Me Yong and Jeen Keep discuss our future! We decide to
open a restuarent like mingting ( Taman Magar ), But we base on PorkDickson
haha! Hope this dream come true first. We name the restuarent ( Sea Coconut's )

Anyway, next month, i will be going back to Singapore d! Have to stay there
for 3 years, I will work hard there! Earn more money and success my dream!

Suddenly we talk about marrie too lol! We put on age between 25 to 27
See road walk road la ( Cantonese ) hahaa!

Last friday also went to Genting with Min n Dennis, 3 guys in one room, staying
for a night! Really not much thing to do la! Eat sleep movie and casino again!
But i lose this time, Min won, so he pay for the dinner lol!

Valentine's day is coming again! I have already forgot how many
lonely Valentine's day i have pass lol! But i still need to go thought
my life's.

Grandmaster have went back sabah for work d! dunno when is he
coming back again. Last 2 day went to genting with my parent
6pm we reach genting then the next day 6am we go home lol!
12hour we are only siting down at casino lol! Not bad la....
Won abit hehe! 12pm inside d casino, damm freaking smoky
get headache staying too long inside!

I will be free after february i think haha! Since i got one free room
in genting, maybe i will go alone and stay for few day hehe! Relax abit
hmm.. alot of place i wanna go le lol

The snooker tournament is already finish! Like what i say, my master
getting in first place! I was in 4th haih! Not bad de la lol.. I have already
try my best to play well! I will keep going

30th of December was my grandfather Birthday! We are
celebrating at ss2 Restuarent Dai Tong. Every family members
attend to the dinner night! 6 table with full of people, some enjoying
the delicious food around de table and some was singing karaoke,
everyone enjoy the night! Half way having our dinner, suddenly
came out a dance song, and this baby stand up from the chair, walk
to middle, and start dancing there haha! This baby is cute....

So is christmas eve today! Dunno where to go also haih!
Some friend say clubbing, some friends say drinking at pub
where to go? People who know me sure know i'm not into
clubbing rather go pub! hmm... still thinking of it!

On christmas my gang of friends decide to go mountain Biking lol!
but dunno wanna go or not haih!

Last sunday went to my friend wedding dinner! haih so envy la lol!
see him and his wife so lovely lol! Not drinking much on that day la!
cos after dinner still need to play snooker lol! After dinner
i saw the champion inside de snooker centre, than i go ask him for a game lol!
Wow! he giving me chance again, until de end only start chasing the point!
lucky i won! he teach me new things again! haha after play with him
i play with another 2 guy, got win got lose lo haha!

Today went to watch Ip Man with Min lol! Freaking cool
Donnie yen is really a good fighter in every movie he act lol!
How can i be like him! Have a greate body and have a cool look?

I was thinking of going to Singk on christmas lol! dunno my singing partner
wanna go or not le lol! shoul ask him tomorrow woke up!

Actually today was thinking to slept earlier one! quite tired dunno why!
But have to online and wait for my dear, so hang on until now lo!

Tomorrow my aunt from Ipoh came to visit us, so i will bring them to
breakfast one they reach on 8.30am! will bring them around! Because
the New KTM train can go so fast as Ipoh there de, so for them to easy now!

Last 2 day never sleep at all, cos the next day is indoor soccer Tournaments
haih never know in de end, My team ( Blue Army ) lost haih!
I hurt my leg too! Bleeding like shit only, freaking pain now! Walk also pain
lay down on the bed also pain, the most hardly is when i wan to go down
from my bed, i need to hold something on it to get down haih! Now my
leg is just like a potato lol! I told my mom than my mom say is because i
too fat already and so long never go for sport ofcos lose lo haih!

I think it too long never went for sport already! after yesterday game, today
woke up, whole body pain, haih! As usual my mom went to genting
every sunday yesterday after she back from genting, ask me the result lol!
I say lost, then she ask me to win back next week lol! than i told her,
this tournaments one years once only la lol!

Yesterday was WenHong birthday, may his wish come true la!
Nothing much special on my birthday la haha! Never celebrate at all

all uncle lol! Ah Chai the owner of the snooker centre, give me

No celebration for this years! None of my friend are free lol! just

Tomorrow Kit will celebrating his birthday at Shang-ri la
But i'm not going, because of my own reason!

I'm openning a shop, but i still dunno what am i gonna do

I will be going back Spore mostly on sunday if my cousin car
have a slot for me lol!

Yes, i was changing my line to maxis postpaid, register since last
thursday, and the saleman told me they will active it fast, the next day
he told me about Digi changing to Maxis need 3 days, ok fine, i wait another
3 days, so yesterday i called him, i asking why haven active yet, they told me have
to wait again! wat the hell with this! Really make me wanna cancel it de haih!
I will go for U-Mobile ( 018 ) if keep going like this lol!

Today went to eat DimSum with my Mom! after finish our Dimsum,
we went to next door eat ChaoGuiDiao lol! My Mom ask it for that again!

Last week was In Ming Birthday! Me and dear went to have

Woke up by a call from dear today! We went for a movie
' Wushu ' The Young Genaration, just like it! Went shopping around
after movie, Always thought that myself was probably old, just
shop for a while, i feel so tired already. I keep talking about martial arts
with her haha,until now she anti me watching all kind of fighting movie de,

Bana Birthday party ended perfectly, everyone get drunk
before the party ended! I not drinking much on that day! Surprised?
He like to keep car model alot, so we bought 2 car model for his Birthday
present lol! He told us he like it. Many people attend at the birthday party,
around 80+... including his friends and relative, and also we are celebrating
his Father birthday too lol! Father & Son Celebrating Birtday! The party
make it very lively!

Recalls suddenly, i found out i haven take back my speaker from him lol!
later he keep take on the bass inside the house and get report from neighbor
haha.

I don need to go back Spore again! finish everything day de lol! Now
I can stay at Msia and do my work! I'm getting bored again...Everyday

Today was my lovely Mom birthday! Too bad i cant celebrate
with her haih! I just wen breakfast with her, and she went
to genting this afternoon, and i have to rush back Spore
so cant go with her! I just give her some money, hope she
win on casino la haha! I Heard my Mom say brother is
going to buy her a cake, so i hope they enjoy celebrating

Last 2 day after i reach Msia, ofcos i went snooker centre again!

Saturday after woke up, i went to Sunway myself, bought a ear phone,

Guys! I'm BACK... but too bad only for 2 days, sunday night have to
go back Spore again haha! Cos monday need to work mah haha!
I will enjoy this 2 days. First, ofcos i went to snooker centre and look
for my master haha! Cant believe i saw grand master too! Yes, he
came back from Sarawak also lol! So lucky i saw him today. Have a
drink with him haha! than went snooker with Howe until now...

Just now my friend Kean call me, ask me accompany him to 1u tomorrow
cos he wanna buy things for this girlfriend, but he dunno what to buy lol!

Have not came here for some period of time de! Busy with my work!
Monday to friday, my lifes will be woke up, go to work, finish work,
back home, dinner, online and sleep lol! quite boring oh? but sometime

I feel myself very easy to envy from others! Sometime i saw people have

I remember last time, all my friend always ask me, why am i choosing
to work as a designer, normaly my answer will be ' cos i like designing and
i like to draw ' But today i finally found the right answer! While i on my
way back home from work, i saw a person wearing a clothes that i'm the
one who design it?? Suddenlly i feel proud of it! Cos someone like my
design haha! And today my company ask me to design a new uniform,
After designing for few hour! my design get approve haha! So now
everyone will be going to wear the new uniform that is design from me haha!

My new answer will be, Cos i wanna know how much people like my design
and willing to buy it with money! When i saw someone wearing the clothes was
my design, i really feel so happy about it!

Very tired! after coming back from work! Taken a nap just now! And now

I have done a good deed today!! Felt that very joyful haha.
When i came back from outside, before going back home,
i always went buy a drink at the shop near by my house!
Than i saw a old lady was trying to carry up a box but she cant,
is very heavy, than i walk near and help her up! than the uncle who
own the shop saw that, say wanna pay me a drink, but i reject and pay
myself lol!

Just now went to have dinner with Jeen and Jenny, we eaten sushi :p
than we went for lan gaming and arcade for while before we went home!

Last week was Yasmin birthday, so we went to have dinner at NewYork
Lining up for 30 minutes and only reach our turn : S !! Yesterday was
Angeles birthday, very regrettable i am not in Malaysia cant celebrate
with her! Sorry ya, May your wish come true!

Tomorrow work again! Last week went back office, almost all the people
there i did not know lol! So long never go office already, sit down there
dreaming, see magazine and work for half lol! My Office was at Kembangan
there, quite far from my place, take red line from Angmokio to City hall

Came back Singapore last 3 day, cousin brother who driving de car
less than 3 hour reach Singapore lol, The second day went out with
Jeen ofcos lol! Went to have a drink at Parklane than went to arcade.
I bought a clothes from internet! than i went to meet the seller lol!
after recieve my clothes i went home de!

Last 2 day was Jeen offday, so we went out earlier this time! First
we went to Bugis Arcade again lol! Gosh!! He make me addict to
Takken 6 lol! I just keep wanna play on it lol! Although everyday
playing, i still never forget my work lol! Went home and finish my work!

Tomorrow will be going out with him again! but befor that

Painted Skin
Last 2 day went to watch movie with friends, we
watched Painted Skin. First, if you think is action
movie, actually is just part of it, most of the
screen is talking about love lol! but in trailer
why they showing all about action? wataver but this
movie quite nice! The movie is at 5.15pm, but we
was there around 1pm, walk around shop around until
we damm freakinhg tired, just to wait for de movie lol!

After movie we went to have dinner, and lan gaming for
while only we went home!

Yesterday woke up in de moring, suddenly feel my whole
body is damm hot, and i keep feeling hot and cool! I'm
having high fever haih! Not in mood to eat at all!
just lying down on de bed whole day, until i cant enduring
anymore, i went to see doctor, around 8pm after finish
my medicine, i went to bed until this morning 5am woke up
only feel that better! I think my last fever having since
last 3 years lol!

My aunt went back Singapore de! Few more day have to meet them
back again lol! Kate birthday, i also haven buy birthday present
for here, later go back singapore sure get scold de lol!

My Aunt from singapore came to visit us yesterday!
staying at our place haha!Now only i discovered how
to treat a baby sleep lol! I have to play with her
until she feel tired than make a milk for her, sing
to her until she fall a sleep lol! While playing with
her, she haven feel tired but i'm already so tired lol!

Today morning, we went to have breakfast at klang! i wonder
why only a breakfast we have to drive almost 1 hour to reach
that place! Damm freaking hungry when on the way!

Jenny call me yesterday, talk about Beyond concert lol! We are
planning to go for it! Me Jenny and Jeen will be going! Beyond
concert at Singapore Nov 8! still planning?

I will be going back singapore next week! got some work to do!

Yesterday I went snooker centre again! I was trainning alone there,
suddenly there was uncle who asking me for a game lol! and he say
1 big bottle of beer each game, loser will pay for it! In de end I won
5 game!!! 5 big bottle of beer lol! I was really drunk yesterday haha!

After drank with him, we aroud 2pm de, then we went to makmak
stall have a drink, with one friends of him lol! We chat about Ghost
lol! He told me alot of his experience haha! We sit there and chat until
4.30am in de morning only i went home haha! I cant even walk balance
when i walk back home! Before back i bought a buger lol!

Today i saw the champion inside de snooker centre! than i go ask him for

Today went to snooker, the snooker Champion is there!! lol
than he ask me for a game! When i play with him, Whole
snooker centre was looking at us! Super pressure...
Even master was there too! More pressure lol! He score 40 over
point in one turn! Damm man... Me only 10 point over lol! Long
way to go! While playing with him, he keep giving me alot of chance! He can
get score but he keep on giving me chance! In de end, i won de game!
You know everyone there claps the hand! I just feel so happy!
Keep smiling there alone lol! While playing with him, i can learn alot of skill!
He teach me sometime too!

Today was 5k gathering! having steambot at Summer Sunway
Hmm... not much people coming lol! around 15 people lo! not
as much as last year haha! Eaten alot again!! damm full...

After gathering, I went to watch movie with Master and Jason again!
We watcted Deception! Hmm.. from the beginning i really dunno what
is movie talking about lol! quit bored at first, until de middle only

lucky this time not comedy, if not Master will laugh until loses the deportment
lol! This afternoon i went to snooker centre, My Master and Jason was there
And Suddenly Master suggest that we 3 person bet in snooker, The person
who get last pay the cinema ticket and the second runner up will have to
pay for the drink and Popcorn lol! Know wat? In de end master get last haha!
I know he just giving me alot of chance, don wan me to get last haha! After finish
2 game, i get second! So i will be paying for the drink and PopCorn
and Master will be the one who pay for the cinema haha! So we online
E-Payment using Master credit haha! My Master was not really in to internet
so he pass to Jason who do the payment, You know what, Jason when to buy
GoldClass for 2 movie lol! 2 movie is alreay cost Rm240 for 3 person lol! So I'm

What Shoul I Choose, Have to decide by Fast, I scare i lost the opportunity

Last month i quarrel with my father for some problem, aftet that day
we never talk to each other de! every pass one month, we never been talk
to each other! Sometime i father always finding a chance to talk to me, i can
feel it! but i always i does not pay attention with it! I feel so sorry but i dunno
to talk to him? haih! Last time when i went out late he will always call me
in de midnight, ask me am i coming back or what time am i coming back!
but now i go out late night, but he is not calling me anymore! Shoul i be happy
or sad!

I thought that is very bothersome. I dunno what should i do now!

Today got a call from Singapore company again! ask me for an interview lol!
I were still sleeping again! I saw 8 miss call when i woke up! Same number
from Singapore! then only i answer the call lol! This jobs will be better than
Last time that one lol! maybe i will think about it haha!

Yesterday really was my enjoyable day! around 6pm
went to snooker centre and getting ready for the dinner
together with my master and all de friend from the snooker
centre! this dinner is because of Ghost Festival celebration!
Alot of performance there like, singing, lucky draw and BianLian!
A chinese traditional performance! after that there was a charitable activity!
I saw all de children from de Orphanage, some of them all Retarded and
some of them are Disabled and some of them are adult age around 40 to 70!!!
But they are living with full of happiness and without fearless! I feel so touch
of them! I told myself, i'm so lucky but i'm not stronger as them! there have
still alot of thing i have to learn from them! Wish them live with full of happiness
and healthy always!

After de dinner around 11.30pm, Me jason and My Master went to watch movie
We watched the movie name You Don't Mess With The Zohan! oh shit!! My Master
laugh until the whole cinema can really hear his voice de lol! Scare me only haha!!
This movie is really funny! ' Don let me know you are hidding him, i will destroy you'
There way Zohan dance and talk, is really funny lol! Adam Sandler is really a good actor!
ohya cant believe Mariah Carey being a guest performer too haha! She look real Hot!!

Today my aunty who from Ipoh came to visit us! Miss her alot la! normaly i'm the one
who went to visit them! My small cousin brother was only 6 year old! like to play my Ps2
game of Need of speed! haha! When i visit them i always bring along my Ps2 haha!

In de afternoon, went out with Min, Chong Jimmy And his friend! have a drink at Starbucks
Meet my old school mate there too! After that Me and Min went to Lan gaming and Dinner
at night! Around 8.45pm we went to RnR just to watch the badminton match! Final Malaysia
vs China on olympic games! Cant believe Malaysia lost! aisk... really dunno what to say!!

Grandmaster went back sarawak for his work de! ahh...
Joyful day always pass so ultra-fast lol! In snooker centre
always full of laugh, specially when grand master is around!
Yesterday was his last day staying here, so we accompany
him at snooker centre since 6pm until 2am! before went back home,
we went for a drink haha! Master payed for all of us!
Me Jason and grand master haha! i just drank 2 bottle only!

Couple of days ago, actually we suppose to celebrate choon birthday
and plan for a dinner, but last minutes, Choon called and say he
cant make it haih! so we never went for the dinner de, just have a drink
outside!

Today is my friend WanYian birthday, and tomorrow is Jean , Xin and Yueny birthday
Wish them happy birthday and may they wish come true!

Next saturday got another dinner to attend. oh shit! I'm start getting fatter again!
haha! ohya, august 8 year of 2008, alot of people marrie again! came out from the
news again lol! is that really a good day!

Now day staying at home, watching the olympic game!

Grandmaster is back!

My grandmaster is back since last 2 day haha! Miss him so much
Yesterday went to snooker centre, cant believe i got alot of challenger
haha! mostly won all de game!! even grand master commends me good!
This is the first time i heard from him i think! cos normaly he is the one
who keep scolding me for playing worst and worst! but i haven got chance
to play with him yet! Anticipated so much that can play the snooker with him!

Choon birthday is coming, so will be have a dinner soon! all our friend have
together design a thing for him! hope he will like it!

Now days playing a game call Shan Guo Zhi! A chinese battle history game!
after played and only i know my history is good haha! I know every history
in china and all de character background! but my leadership work is bad!
very hard to conquer! dunno how to dominant the world!

Recently equally did not have any change, nothing much special! My friend
Mark have come singapore for holiday de and he went to find Jeen lol!

Yesterday was august 8 and year of 2008, wonder who getting marrie on yesterday

Chinese Ghost Festival

Here come the chinese ghost festival, wonder still got people go out that late?
haha! Yesterday Midnight 2am only i reach home lol! But in other meaning of
this festival is still a good festival, so nothing to be scare or worry!
The main day is on 14th and 15th.

Ghost Festival
The Ghost Festival is the climax of a series of Ghost Month celebrations. This popular festival is celebrated by Chinese in many countries on the 14th or 15th night of the seventh lunar month.

In Chinese tradition the seventh month in the Chinese calendar is called the Hungry Ghost Month in which ghosts and spirits of the dead exit the lower world to visit earth. This festival is taken very seriously as the Chinese feel that, in order to have good luck in their lives, the ghosts must be satisfied. So the seventh month is when the Chinese honor the spirits of the departed.

Activities during Ghost Festival
Visitors to some areas of China can see small roadside fires where believers burn paper money and other offerings to appease the restless spirits. The burying and releasing of miniature paper boats and lanterns on water is done in areas near water to help the lost ghosts find their way. Joss sticks are burned. Prayers and offerings are made at family shrines. Spirits who do not have descendants to care for them are prayed to during this festival so that they too may experience warmth of life among the living. The 15th day of this month is felt to be an auspicious day to cook a large feast to offer to the ghosts. 15 days after this feast, the festival will be over, as the Chinese believe that the ghosts return to where they come from.

Have you even knowing nothing until you found everything
was dishonest? I wonder who experiences this incantation
before? For making yourself feel better, will you deceiving

A new project have come, have to start my work again! Yesterday
i work until midnight 5am! I have no idea at all, i need some
creation inspiration! without it i really dunno how to manage
my brains is blank! I cant start my work with this!

Yesterday i went to Beyond officer website, i saw a news there writting,
they are coming to Malaysia for concert lol! I feel like going, i been
waiting for so many years de! Have to ask Jeen go with me lol! we are both
Fans of Beyond too haha!

Nows i'm doing workouts for abs, Had an achievement de, for the pass few weeks
started until now! Jogging, Sit up, Hanging leg raises, Crunches with this
everyday! So now i got abs de yeah yeah!! I got my body shape de haha! ohya I remember How Min was doing workouts too! haha! I already post up the abs guide
here for him to read it lol!

This few day i feel better de, i know how to manage a problem, i know what
is right what is wrong! I know what is my destination! I known myself
voluntarily I have nothing to be worry anymore! I'm happy with my life's now! Nothing can bring me down! Stay cool!

Abs Guide

1. Abs Myths
Abs myth 1 - If you train abs every day, you're guaranteed a 6-pack.
-Abs is like any other muscle, it needs rest too. You wouldn't do 100 bicep curls every day would you? **Although we use our core alot, crunches, leg lifts, and other exercises are not a natural motion and therefore should not be done every day for risk of overworking them. Also, all muscles rebuild during rest. If you don't give a muscle time to rebuild, it won't. End of story. Finally, studies show that being in a constant state of overtraining can lead to more laxity in your muscles. That means they'll appear softer and less defined.

Abs myth 2 - Sit-ups build your abs the best.-Sit-ups are possibly the worst exercise for strengthening your abs. Your main abs flexor does most of the work and you run the risk of causing abnormal forward curvature in your lower spine as well as back pain.

Abs myth 3 - Crunches build abs the best.-It is usually the last exercise in a lifter's workout and overuse of crunches can cause bad posture.

Abs myth 4 - You can eat junk food as long as you work out right after.-Having a diet, which helps w/ fat loss is extremely important to building/uncovering abs muscles. Look in McDonalds next time. How many people in there have a 6-pack?

Abs myth 5 - It takes years to get good abs.-It all depends on how you train. Training in the correct order and reducing the fat around them is key. People have different body types; it may take a few weeks for some but longer for others.

Abs myth 6 - You can lose your gut and get a six pack by doing abs exercises.-Plain and simple: Your strong abs will never show if you have a layer of fat covering them.

Abs myth 7 - Work your abs to failure. -Its not always the best option because it can lead to overtraining. Mix it up with a number of reps to stop at and going to failure.

Abs myth 8 - Someone else’s workout will work for you too.-Everyone's body is different, just because a workout works for someone doesn't mean it will produce the same results. Half of working out is figuring what works for YOU.

Abs myth 9 - MrSander7x is a professional trainer.
-No, but I’ve been around them long enough to know what I’m talking about (i.e. a world class dead-lifter, 2 competitive bodybuilders, a AAA baseball trainer, several personal trainers, Marines, a Navy Seal, a physical therapist (that can max out almost any machine in the gym) and many others). However, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER take my advice over that of a licensed doctor or professional.

Other Facts:-Side crunches don't get rid of love handles, in fact, I'd suggest not doing them at all. Fat loss is the most important.
-Sit-ups w/ weights can lead to over strengthening certain parts of your abs = lower back pain.
-Nobody is born w/ great abs. It takes lots of work and determination though.
-You can't completely isolate upper or lower abs, but you can put greater emphasis on either.

Now that we have that over with, time for the exercises

2. Exercises
Crunches - Lay down on the ground, so your knees are bent slightly w/ your feet flat on the floor. W/ your hands curled behind your head, slowly lift your shoulders off the ground, squeezing your abs muscles q/ each raise. DO NOT PULL YOUR NECK UP, but make it a natural movement. Lift only your shoulder blades off the ground and hold for 2 seconds before going slowly to the ground. Don't let your shoulders rest. Do 3 sets of 35 w/ only a few seconds in between sets.

Knee Ups - Sit on the edge of a bench, grabbing both sides w/ your hands. With your legs extended out, slowly pull your knees to your chest, squeezing abs muscles once again. Hold for 2 seconds and release. DO NOT BOUNCE. 3 sets of 25.

Knee Raises - Hold an overhead chin-up bar w/ your arms spread just wider than your shoulders. Feet shouldn't be on the ground. Slowly bring your knees towards your stomach so your knees are locked at a 90 degree angle. 3 sets of 10-20.

Twist-Crunches - Raise your shoulders off the ground as in normal crunches and slowly twist your upper body from side to side. Right elbow should turn to your left knee and back. Try 2 sets of 25 with as perfect form as possible.

Pikes - Lay down on your back, arms straight out, legs at 90 degrees; lift your shoulders to touch your toes. At the same time, your lower back/*** should be slightly off the floor. 2 sets of 25 reps followed by crunches will intensify things.

Scissors - Lay on your back, hands behind your head and legs a foot or so off the ground straight out. Twist your torso and bring up your opposite leg so, for example, your right elbow is touching your left knee. Switch sides and repeat 30 times.

Weighted Crunches - Set up a double rope (v-shaped rope w/ 2 knobs at the end) at a cable machine if you belong to a gym. Grab it with both hands, and bring them to the side of your head. Slowly bring your elbows (and the weight) down to your knees and hold it for a few seconds. Try 3 sets of 30 at a decent weight.

Hanging leg raises - Hang from a dip-bar/lat pull-up bar. Bend your knees slightly. Raise your legs to about your belly-button (don't swing legs but focus on abs). As usual, hold for 1-2 seconds and bring them down slowly. 2 sets 15-20 reps.

Leg thrust - *I just learned this one and its great* Lie on your back w/ your hands under your *** for back-support. Your legs should be straight up in the air. Tighten your abs so your legs and lower back go STRAIGHT UP towards the ceiling. Slowly let down. In this one, it's more important to squeeze your abs tightly than to do alot of reps. 2 sets, 15-20 reps.

Stability crunches - Find a stability ball at a gym. Lay with the center of your back on it and do crunches from there.

Leg Raise - Lie flat on your back, arms out at your side. Lift your legs (keep them straight) until they are at a 45 degree angle and let them down slowly. 3 sets of 25-30

Bicycle Crunches - Same as twist-crunches but to the same side. Right elbow to right knee.

Side Crunch - Find a stability/exercise ball lay on your side, torso off the ball, and contract your oblique’s (sides of stomach) and hold for 2-3 seconds. Do 15 reps, switch sides and repeat.

Side Leg-Lifts A.K.A. Windshield Wipers - Lie flat on your back with your legs 90 degrees in the air, arms spread out to the sides of your body. Lower your legs to the right until they are 6-10 inches off the ground bring them back to the top and go to the other side. Do 15 reps of each, 2 sets.

Plank - Get in pushup position but with your forearms flat on the ground. Contract your abs and hold for 30-90 seconds depending on your strength. Repeat twice. If you want to make it harder, put your forearms on a bench and your legs on an exercise ball.

There you have it, some of the best and easiest exercises around.

3. Abs machines
Most of them are good, especially the ABench. If you want to get one, try to find one that has changeable resistance. However, don't rely on these machines. The key is, these won't lower the amount of fat your have coving your abs. **I would suggest, instead of using your money to buy an abs machine, spend it on a gym membership.

4. Cardio workout
Run, bike, swim or walk. Cardio workouts increase metabolism and help you burn off that layer of fat covering your abs. here is a fairly simple, but effective workout:
1. Warm-up at an easy pace for 3-6 minutes
2. Perform 30-60 seconds of HARD exercise (almost as hard as possible, such as sprinting)
3. Perform one minute of moderate exercise (a well-paced jog) to give you time to catch your breath.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 7-12 times.
5. Cool down at an easy pace for 3-6 minutes.

**Make sure you stay in your heart-rate zone! It’s between 145-180 beats per minute (possibly slightly lower depending on your age). When you're in that heart-rate zone, you're burning fat and strengthening your heart the most. When you're below 145 bpm, you're not working hard enough to cause a noticeable loss in fat. Basically, you're just going to lose water-weight from sweating. HOWEVER, if you're above 180 bpm, you're putting alot of stress on your heart. Even worse, instead of burning fat, you're body is going to start burning muscle, and that's never good. I would suggest wearing a watch when you do cardio. Take your pulse with 2 fingers on the artery on the side of your neck every once and awhile. (Don't use your thumb because it has a different pulse or your wrist because it has a weaker pulse). Count how many beats you had in 15 seconds and multiply by 4. You could also get a heart-rate monitor. They're very handy in measuring heart-rate and timing how long you're in your zone. I suggest somewhere around 20-30 minutes. DO NOT GUESS! People who guess are on average 30 bpm's below their actual heart rate.

"As for running times... the time you should run is based on your fitness, level of health, and the amount of calories etc you need to burn (welcome back to your diet).”

5. Diet
None of this will do much if you're eating pizza and cake on a regular basis. Quit counting calories or fat, it's more hassle than you should go through. It all comes to just making healthy choices. Choose an apple over a candy bar. Maintaining and stabilizing your blood sugar levels is important to building muscle and burning fat.
Also, make sure your body has enough nutrients. Eat fruits, whole grains, berries, vegetables, nuts and lean proteins (fish, lean beef, etc). Eating healthy is essential to getting great abs. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water.

6. Personal Trainer
if you're serious about getting in shape, I would definitely suggest it. In all honesty, most people don't know enough about their bodies, nutrition and exercises to meet their goals. If you aren't happy with your current progress, I would consider it.

7. Program
Like I said earlier, what works for one person doesn't always work for another. Be sure to mix up your exercises so your performance doesn't plateau. However, if you'd like a starting point, here's my current abs workout (it changes every month or so).
Days 1, 3, 5:
3 sets of 35 crunches, 3 sets of 25 twist-crunches, 2 sets of 20 Scissors. 5 minute break. 2 sets of 20 pikes, 1 set of 15 knee raises, 2 sets of 25 leg raises, 60 second plank. 3 sets of 20 leg thrusts, 3 sets of 30 bicycle crunches, 3 sets of 30 crunches.

Days 2, 4, 6:
5 minute warm-up jog, 30 second sprints, 1 minute jog. Repeat for an hour w/ 2-3 5 minute jogs included. 10 minute cool-down.

Once again, if you eat right, exercise smart and really put effort into your workouts, you'll have a 6-pack in no time. Those magazine-cover models work out every day and are on a strict diet, so don't worry if you don't see those kinds of results quickly, or ever. Just keep working, set goals and get stronger. It's not easy, but it's definitely possible. Plus the chicks dig it.

woke up around 12pm, take my lunch, 2 packet for Nasi Lemak
Than getting ready for going out de! First i went to Sungai
Wang, shop around and met some of my friends who working there!
After that, i went to Timesquare, i went to borders and search
for my Book Adobe Indesign! after finish reading, is around
5pm de! than i went to Pasar Seni, And walk around, finally i
found something i wan to buy de lol! This is my whole day journal

Tomorrow will be going some computer shop! i wanna buy some web
design template disk! Not sure outside got or not? I have to be
more hard working de, diligently already without enough time, so
I have to Redoubling efforts, hope returns successfully

Several days later was Jeen birthday, so maybe i will be going
back to Spore de! will i come back again! I not sure about that
Class gathering will be on end of August, that time i will come back
haha!Last year gathering was a memories, a sweet memories! how about
this year? I always tell myself not to think about that! but
i cant do it! Sometime i feel so useless about myself!

Today is How Min( Agito aka Mask Rider or Air Gear ) Birthday
We went to have a drink at Station 1, we drank a bucket of beer
and a birthday cake for Min haha! We play around with the cake
making the birthday boy dirty, cream all over his face. still got
21 hour more to end his birthday, i wonder he can sleep tonight or
not! cause he keep saying that he feel so touch lol! So today night
maybe we will be going to WongKok and celebrate again lol! We bought
birthday present for him! A thing that he like it so much!

On afternoon i will be going to KL again! I'm looking for something,
The first time i went there, i cant find it, so now have to go again

Recently I was thinking how my future, how should i complete my dream
I hoped that I can achieve it! I wanted continue to complete my web design
studies,I Had already looked for several school. I had found two school that

Wake up In de morning, got a call from a company ask me for an
interview Tomorrow! but this time, i'm not the one who sent
my resume to the company, is the company who found my resume
in jobstreet lol! look surprise this time!
While just woke up, i were still blur that time
i told the company i can only go for the interview by next week,
after comfirm everything de!hang up the phone, i think back

Just came back from jogging lol! then
came to online de! yesterday went to watch
movie with Dunno pig kimyen( full name ),we watched

I'm now at cafe online, just now went to snooker centre
i heard my master say, my grand master is back
really miss him alot, never been to meet him for 1 month de lol!

I still remember last time, i do a very big mistake, he scold me

Yesterday was Celebrating Dennis Demond & Jasmin Birthday
One things is they are sister and brother too haha!
so we are celebrating 3 person birthday! nice right

Before went to the party, me Min and ji went to 1u
just to buy their birthday parsent for them
saw dog having sex before? we saw a wield stuff
damm cute lol, when u press the buttom the dog
will start acting like having sex haha! so we bought it
for them! then we bought a big birthday card too
and every of our friend will sign it and give it to them
haha!

Around 7.30pm we finish shopping de, then we went to
their house de, and we start the party! i ate alot food too lol!
went we finish out party, poh yee started to be crazy

everything was fun yesterday, after the party we went
to have to drink at Ming Ting! After that everyone went home de

Today i dont really understand i shoul be

Life is always simple for me, work snooker sleep
piano and eat lolx..this is what i always do in my life
now days...hmm sometime love is also can be simple :p

I still cant sleep yet, is around 2.00am,
suddenly my friend 'Thong' called me ask me out
to have drink with him...since waiting for him to come,
just lying down on de bed,listen to music
and reading master Q comic lolx...

Yesterday went to Redbox with
Dennis Chong Min Weng Pui & Me for celebrating birthday
shack my head inside de room, until now my neck so pain de
need more rest again lol!

Nothing much special la! Never go out for party
stay at home do my work day and night! thinking & dreaming
Sleep and eat!

I don have a good mood today, haih! dunno what happen la
don wanna talk about it, this is farkup in mylife
just wanna get myself drunk and sleep forever!

Went snooker centre Yetserdat! no one wanna play
with me! dunno why? no choice my master
have to play with me lol! than my master say we try bet
for Rm5 1 game for fun lol, than another uncle sidebet and bet
me win for Rm20, so in de end! I WON haha!!

Nothing much special actually la! When i stay in Malaysia
My lifes is just eat sleep work and play haha! nothing
much to say actually

Today 12pm went to KL with Choon and Dennis, walk around
than we watch movie - Narnia-, hmm not bad la haha!
after finish the movie, we walk around Timesquare
bought something than we go back to ss2 de, We have
our dinner there after that we went to cafe play some games!
than we went home de! now is already 2.30am, later
6.30am still need to go Jogging with Choon and Dennis...

Than 11am have to go to RedBox for celebrating Puipui
birthday and atnight still got dinner with friend!
Tired.....

About me and my baby! still de same la.... talk to her
everyday and night! but she is sick.. having fever
haih..so worry about her, just now call her
she say recover abit de, so... i also feel better la haha!
miss you alot baby! hope you recover back soon!

Reach KL

Just reach KL before 10 minutes, i came to snooker centre
everyone look at me, cos i taking a big bag and my laptop
so everyone though where am i running to? haha
some people know i came back from singapore
some people dunno!

So i came to online at the snooker centre haha! oh...
I miss singapore alot de lol, tell the true is actually
miss my baby haha! she is still working now...
called her just now told her i reach de only!

But i dunno when will i be back there again! but will be
soon.. hope my baby there will take care herself
and not making me worry so much!

Very tired now! after finish my food here, i will go home de
Time really pass so fast when you are enjoying haih!
